Ledgerline runs rules-based trading strategies inside your own brokerage account. You set the risk limits, you fund it, you can pause it anytime — the bot never touches money outside the box you draw.
Trading involves risk of loss, including loss of principal. Past or simulated performance does not guarantee future results. Not investment advice.
Nothing here is a black box you can't get out of. You can pause the bot or withdraw uninvested cash at any time from your dashboard.
Money moves into a brokerage account held in your name, custodied by our clearing partner — never into a pooled fund or a wallet we control.
Pick a published strategy, then set your own position size cap, daily loss limit, and max drawdown. The bot cannot exceed what you set.
Orders are placed automatically during market hours. You get a log of every trade and can pause execution instantly from the dashboard or app.
Every strategy is built from published, testable rules — not a discretionary "AI opinion" you have to take on faith.
Every strategy's signal logic is documented in plain language, with a historical backtest report you can read before you fund it.
Backtests and simulations are shown alongside their limitations. We don't advertise annualized return figures as expected outcomes.
Every order the bot places is timestamped and logged to your dashboard, downloadable as CSV for your own records or your accountant.

Every limit below is set by you before the bot places a single order, and can be tightened at any time.
If the account falls past your chosen drawdown threshold, all positions close and the bot halts until you re-enable it.
A hard cap on how much the account can lose in a single trading day before the bot stops trading until the next session.
No single position can exceed the percentage of your account you set, regardless of how confident the signal is.
Pause execution instantly from the app. Open positions stay put until you decide whether to hold or close them.
Yes. Ledgerline trades real securities in live markets, and every strategy can lose money, including all of your principal, regardless of past backtested or simulated performance. Only fund an amount you can afford to lose.
In a brokerage account opened in your name with our clearing partner, covered by standard SIPC protection against brokerage failure (which does not cover market losses). Ledgerline never takes custody of your funds directly.
It monitors the strategy's published entry and exit conditions during market hours and submits orders through your brokerage account when conditions are met, subject to the risk limits you've set.
Yes — every order is logged with timestamp, price, and the rule that triggered it, viewable in your dashboard and exportable as a CSV.
Tap "Pause" in the app. New orders stop immediately. Existing open positions remain until you choose to close them or resume automated management.
No performance fee, no lock-in, no promises about returns we can't back up.
